Payment Instructions

To secure your spot on any Wolf Adventure expedition, a deposit is required. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity.

    Confirmation Deposit

    A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • 2

    Final Balance

    The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation & Refunds

Hotel-Policy Linked | Complaint-Safe

1. Hotel Policy Covers Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by the respective hotel’s cancellation and refund policy. Wolf Adventure does not override, modify, or guarantee hotel refund decisions.

Role of Wolf Adventure: We act solely as a facilitator/booking agent between the client and hotel. Any refundable amount approved by the hotel (if applicable) will be passed to the client after deduction of applicable service, transaction, and administrative charges.

2. Non-Refundable Components

Company service charges, instructor booking charges, equipment blocking charges, and logistics costs are non-refundable, irrespective of hotel refunds. Only the portion explicitly refunded by the hotel is eligible for return.

3. Timeline for Refunds

Refunds (if approved by hotel) will be processed within 7–15 working days after the amount is received from the hotel/vendor. Delays caused by hotels, banks, or payment gateways are beyond company control.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be applicable in the following cases:

  • No-show by client
  • Early departure
  • Missed training sessions
  • Cancellation due to weather, road blocks, gondola closure, or law & order situation
  • Medical issues or personal emergencies
  • Government advisories or administrative restrictions

5. Date Modification

Date change requests are subject to Hotel availability, Revised pricing, and Written confirmation. Date change approval is not a right, but a discretionary decision.

No Cash / No Guarantee Clause

Wolf Adventure does not guarantee refunds in cash or immediate refunds. Refund eligibility depends entirely on third-party vendor approvals.

Client agrees not to initiate:

  • Police complaints
  • FIRs
  • Chargebacks
  • Defamation campaigns

for refund delays or vendor denials that are clearly disclosed in these terms.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. This section outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with standard GDPR regulations.

Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to process your booking and ensure your safety. This includes Name, Contact Details, Emergency Contacts, and Medical Conditions relevant to high-altitude exertion.

Data Usage

We do not sell your data to third parties. Your information is shared strictly with:

  • Hotel partners (for check-in verification).
  • Transport providers (for pickup coordination).
  • Medical teams (in case of emergency).

Media Rights

Photos or videos taken by our instructors during the trip may be used for Wolf Adventure marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your lead guide on Day 1.
